PLNTY LABS LTD (“Plnty”, “we”, “us”) does not send, and does not allow others to send, unsolicited commercial messages that promote plnty.app. This policy explains what email we send, what we never do, and how to report a message you did not ask for. It covers everyone who sends messages in Plnty’s name or with links to plnty.app: our staff and contractors, and our affiliates, creators, resellers, agencies and outreach vendors.
The email we send
Account and service email. We send these because of something you did: you created an account, requested access, made a payment, were invited to a workspace, or something changed in your account’s security. They include receipts, invitations, sign-in links and notices about your credits or our terms.
News and offers. We send product news and offers only to people with a Plnty account and to people who confirmed a subscription themselves. When you give us your address to subscribe, we send one confirmation email. Until you click its link you receive nothing else from us, and we never send a reminder.
Every news and offers email names Plnty as the sender, shows our postal address, and carries a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect at once. You can also choose which lists you receive on our email preferences page.
We stop mailing an address as soon as it bounces permanently or its owner marks one of our messages as spam.
What we never do
- Buy, rent, borrow or scrape email addresses, or mail a list that someone gave to another business.
- Send bulk or automated commercial email to people who did not ask for it.
- Use email warm-up services, or any automated exchange of messages designed to make a mailbox look more trusted than its real correspondence shows.
- Hide who a message is from, or use a misleading sender name or subject line.
Writing to people about working together
Sometimes someone at Plnty writes to another professional about working together, such as a journalist, a creator, a studio or an educator. Each of these messages is written for one named person, approved by a member of our team before it is sent, and addressed to a contact that person published for business enquiries. It is never sent to a list. If you tell us you are not interested, we will not write to you again.
Affiliates, creators and partners
Anyone who promotes Plnty through our affiliate, creator or partner programs must follow this policy. They may not send unsolicited messages that promote Plnty or contain plnty.app links, and may not present themselves as Plnty. Breaking this rule ends the partnership.
Using Plnty to message others
You may not use Plnty, including share links, invitations and comments, to send messages people did not ask for. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Report a message
If you received a message from Plnty, or one that promotes Plnty, that you did not ask for, email support@plnty.app and include the full message headers if you can. We answer every report and stop the sending it describes.
